[...] 4). All the great interviews that Just One More Book!! conducted at the International Reading Association’s 52nd annual conference in Toronto. Have you heard them? Alvina Ling and Peter Brown; Chris Raschka and Jack Prelutsky; Lois Ehlert; Janet Wong; Mo Willems (don’t miss the picture they snapped of him); and much, much more. And, look! A Mark sighting! (He’s one half of the dynamic duo over at JOMB whose voice you hear on the interviews; if you didn’t know that, then get your priorities straight and go frequent their informative blog).
Thanks Peter and Alvina for a great interview! I try to get something out of all these 'justonemorebook' interviews, but yours was particularly insightful. I saw a lot of parallels with how Peter works and how I construct a dummy/write. Alvina's comments helped shed some light on a few areas and it was great hearing an editor's perspective.
