Peggy’s imagination is a labyrinth and her stories explore every corner. Her words are entrancing for a child yet her illustrations alone invoke joy and laughter in adults as well. Bravo Kendra, you are fortunate to have found her before anyone else.

Mark- Excellent co-interview. Kendra Marcus sounds like a lovely agent to have in your corner. I must research her a bit :) Also very interesting to hear an agent’s honest assessment of an aspiring client’s work in the picture book field. So many agent interviews and blogs revolve around novels and so very few even mention PBs. Thank you, thank you!

Wonderful interview Peggy. I like the way you involved your son in the creative process. Great accolades from the agent, Kendra Marcus, about Peggy’s writing. Glad to hear that a contract agreement was reached and I look forward to seeing more of Peggy’s books in the future.
