What a great interview guys! I knew exactly what Barry was speaking to, in regards to the "discovery" of using the computer and a wide format printer to capture the spontinaity of that original sketch. I've been doing that for years and it has revolutionized illustration for many artists. Almost always, that first rough is your best and there is something that is lost in trying to transfer it to the watercolour paper in the old ways.
Wish though I could have my computer in another room besides my studio, like Barry. Sadly, I would DIE without it being in here with me, I wouldn't be listening to this interview for example... I'd be working instead, haha.
I'm looking forward to his website, 54 is no excuse Barry:)
Cheers,
Chris (who is ....53.... shudder:)
