Since I teach and have been collecting Cinderella for eons it is hard to select just one. A parody that not too many may know because it is relatively old is Arthur Yorinks' Ugh with illustrations by Richard Egielski.

Are you familiar with Tom Davenport's film series From the Brothers Grimm? Wonderful collection of films he did in Virginia. He's a folklorist and these films are terrific. (I have been teaching and writing about Cinderella for eons. Now it is a popular teaching unit, but not when I started!) My students are currently writing Cinderella stories of their own and I like to use the various Ashpet variants when discussing setting. (They've got the imagery, dialect, etc. etc.)
